Shipping

All orders received and paid for AFTER 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
We ship to the following destinations with the following shipping agencies,

•    Iberian Peninsula including Portugal, with Seur 24, check rates, link.
•    Canary Islands, with Mosca Marítimo or Agencia Canteras, check rates, link.
•    Balearic Islands, with Mosca Marítimo, check rates, link.
•    Ceuta and Melilla, we accept pickups from the client's agencies.
•    Rest of Europe, with TNT or DPD (Seur Classic), check rates, link.

Payment methods

We have 3 payment methods

•    Credit or debit card, through the Sabadell payment gateway.
•    Bank transfer, we have accounts in LaCaixa and Sabadell.
•    Cash on delivery, for national destinations covered by Seur, 2% commission for Seur for on-site payment management.

Step-by-step guide to making a purchase

•    Register to place an order if you are not registered, registration link.
•    On each product page, hovering over or clicking on each photo will enlarge it. If you want to buy the item, simply click the "ADD TO CART" button (choose the quantity and color of the product if necessary).
•    At any time, you can view the list of products in your order and shipping costs by hovering over the "YOUR CART" icon in the top right corner.
•    When you finish your purchase, click on the "YOUR CART" icon, the "SUMMARY" screen will appear, click "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT".
•    Next, the "ADDRESS" screen will appear, check that the details are correct and click "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT".
•    Then the "SHIPPING" screen will appear, accept the general terms of sale and click "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT".
•    Then the "PAYMENT" screen will appear, there are 3 options to continue:

1.    Card, you will be redirected to the Redsys payment gateway of Banco Sabadell to complete the purchase process.
2.    Transfer, click "I confirm my order" to complete the purchase process, and the bank details will be sent to your email account.
3.    Cash on delivery, the amount of the cash on delivery fee will be indicated, click "Confirm my order" to complete the purchase process.

•    Once the purchase is complete, an order confirmation email will be sent to you with the order number. Please keep this number for future reference.

Emails not received

It is possible that your antispam system is filtering our emails.

Shipping and billing addresses

If you want to use a different shipping address from the billing address, you need to create an additional address at the top right, "ACCOUNT" -> "MY ACCOUNT" -> "MY ADDRESSES" (link).

VAT

The prices on our website do not include VAT, 21% or 21+5.2% must be added, depending on each case.

Equivalence surcharge (5.2%)

If you are subject to the equivalence surcharge regime, you can activate it during the registration process by selecting "Do you need the E.R. (5.2% EQUIVALENCE SURCHARGE)?" or after registration, in "ACCOUNT" -> "MY ACCOUNT" -> "EDIT YOUR EQUIVALENCE SURCHARGE OPTIONS".

Minimum order

The minimum order is €50 + VAT.

Minimum order per item

Bags and clothing from the fast fashion section are ordered by units, there is no minimum. The rest of the items, general clothing, and footwear are ordered in batches of 5, 6, or 12 units depending on each product. The minimum is not modified in any case.

Wishlist

We recommend using the "wishlist" to save the products you are interested in. The items in the shopping cart are lost if you do not use the same PC or smartphone.
